Abstract

A brief description of the work at the Institute of oceanology of radiophysicist V.V. Lobytsyn, who successfully combined active scientific activity in the field of radiophysical methods of ocean research and a scientific-historical work devoted to the return of memory of Russian sailors, who by fate’s fate found themselves in a foreign land and who ended their lives outside of Russia.
