Abstract
December 13, 2023 is the 90th anniversary of Doctor of Sciences in geography, Leading researcher of the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of Russian Academy of Sciences, executive secretary of the journal “Oceanology” Boris Nikonorovich Filyushkin. It is a great pleasure of colleagues and friends of the hero of the day to congratulate Boris Nikonorovich. They wish him health, long life and fruitful work for the Institute and the professional community, to which he devoted almost 70 years of his long life full of good deeds.
