The article is dedicated to the anniversary of Andrey Ninelovich Serebryany, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Principal Scientist of the Laboratory of Ocean Acoustics, Shirshov Institute of Oceanology, Russian Academy of Sciences. Serebryany A. N. – a wellknown specialist in the study of internal waves on the ocean shelf, the author of more than 200 scientific papers.
