摘要

本文回顾了“联合国海洋科学促进可持续发展十年”行动计划前五年的执行成果。介绍了在八次“行动呼 吁”中，各参与国所采取行动的数量情况。指出了俄罗斯海洋科学家和专家在“十年”中参与度较低的问 题，并提出了提高俄罗斯参与积极性的可能途径。
