Abstract

The article discusses the Third UN Ocean Conference, which took place in June 2025 in Nice, France. It provides brief information about the conference program, accompanying events, invited speakers, and conference participants. It examines the main issues discussed at the conference and presents the main provisions of its Declaration and other important documents and statements by foreign leaders.
