Creation of the international system for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific research and development

Based on the Decree of the Permanent Commission on Science and Education of the CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, an international system for evaluating the effectiveness of scientific research and development is being created - the academic rating of scientific journals (International Science Citation Index (INC).
