December 28, 2017 a meeting of the Editorial Board of the Journal took place. Contents of volume 45 are formed on the basis of original scientific works that have been reviewed and authored proofreading. The articles are published on the Journal's website in accordance with the authors' license agreement. Contents of the 45 volumes of the magazine are published on the website.
