Abstract

On October 15, 2020, Sergei Afanas'evich Evseenko, a world-renowned scientist, Doctor of Biological Sciences, head of the laboratory of oceanic ichthyofauna of P.P. Shirshov Institute of Oceanology RAS. Scientific interests of S.A. Evseenko covered a wide range of topics related to the study of the early stages of development of oceanic fishes, their taxonomy, morphology, biology and distribution.
