Abstract

Dedicated to the memory of Vladimir Viktorovich Lobytsyn (1938–2005) – an officer, scientist, outstanding historian of the Russian fleet, literary critic; a man who made a huge contribution to perpetuating the memory of people and events in the military and naval history of Russia and the Russian Diaspora in printed works and memorial projects, which revived many undeservedly forgotten names.
